Cinderella's Royal Breakfast !

Please don't anyone hate me, but I finally scored the PS. ( Believe it or not, I've been trying for 30 years ! ) Now I'm every bit as excited as my girls ! My question to those of you who have been to the breakfast is...

Will they do anything special as a surprise for my daughter ? This will be her 17th birthday. Cinderella has ALWAYS been her favorite. When she was small I scoured the parks for anything Cinderella I could find. Back then the Princess line of products wasn't available ! I'd love it if Cinderella could give Noelle her gift. Do you think this would be possible ? It would just be a small jewelry box. Or are these extras reserved for the younger ones ?

Thanks guys !

Congratulations!! I called at five seconds to seven, got the "sorry we're closed" recording, hung up and hit redial and at ten seconds after seven got put on hold. At 7:35 I had to hang up to drive my kids to school (plus I am sure the PSs for CRT were gone at that point!)

However this was my first ever attempt and I didn't necessarily expect it to work - and if only one of us could swing it, I'm glad it was you, for your daughter's birthday and after trying for so long!!

I think we are going to do the Cinderella dinner at 1900 Park Fare instead, possibly on the 7th before our MVMCP date.

Congrats to you!! I am sure that if you have a gift ready and slip it to the hostess, Cinderella would gladly present it to your daughter! Sounds like a terrific idea!

I did the same thing with the redial. I came off hold at 7:22. ( I was sitting in front of the computer watching the clock.) The CM told me it was the LAST available table for 5, so I was REALLY lucky. It sounded like there may have been a few openings but only for groups of 2. Our time is 10:00, so we'll have to have a hobbit-style first breakfast !!

Aaargh - I only needed a table for two. Hmm. Maybe I'll call back...

The Disney Dining hold music is a lot nicer than the CRO music too, LOL.

How exciting for you and your family! I always seem to miss the day I need to call! Anyway, my twin and I asked on the day Charley hit if there were any cancelations and there weren't any! Not even a hurricane can keep Princess fans away!

Have fun!

Extra's for you too!

Congrats!

Be sure and get a birthday pin at guest services, possibly the evening before and have her wear it (guarantee for some nice extra attention). I would also check with either your concierge at the hotel or check in a guest services to try to arrange for something special. If a CM tells you that you can't do that, try someone else.

Possibly PM Enderikari or PixieDuster and ask for their help in identifying who or what number for you to use to try to set this up. Good luck, be sure you report back to us on how it turns out.

It must have been a lucky day. This morning I was able to get a table for 6 for December 9. This was my third morning in a row of trying to call. They weren't taking calls yesterday and the day before I was on hold for 25 minutes and then was told that they were gone. So frustrating!!!

Hopefully your daughter will have a magical Disney Birthday!

I don't know about the breakfast, but I ate dinner at Cinderella's this past May. They saw my button at the check-in and had the table done up with ribbons and mickey-ear confetti when I sat down. They wished me happy birthday and even brought me a small pastry cake, candle and sang. It was my 27th birthday. And it was really cool. :)

I'm sure if you let them know they'd make a point to sing for her at the very least. :) Enjoy!

Yeah, having ot call exactly 90 days in advance is nuts. I got up at 7:00am (6:00am my time) and was immediatley given the "line is busy" message. I couldn't even get put on hold until a half hour later, and then I had to wait another 45 minutes once I got put on hold.

I was amazed when I was able to get a table for 4 for THANKSGIVING DINNER! Whew, was I relieved. ;)

At check-in at the Royal table, tell the Hostess that it is your daughter's b-day. When you are taken to your table, they'll place some Mickey confetti & ribbon at her place to let the Princesses 'know' it's her big day. They will also bring her a large cupcake with a candle in it.
At 1900 Park Fare's Cinderella dinner, again, tell the hostess. She will ask you if you want the 'free' cupcake, or if you want the $13 cake (we opt for the cupcake) She will give her a plastic-coated placemat that says "My special day at 1900 Park Fare" with the pre-made autographs of the mice, Cind. & Prince Charming. Again, they will bring her a cupcake, but everyone (including other guests) will sing "Happy Birthday".
At Princess Storybook breakfast at Norway, again, tell the hostess. She will get a cardboard card, signed by the waitstaff, and will also be given a cookie with liquid candy paint to decorate the cookie--it's really cute.
We've done all of these the last 3 years!!!

I did that too! By the time I realized I had miscalculated my days, I had one more day left to try. I called at like 6:59 and got the we're closed and immediately hit redial and ended up sitting on hold for like 30 minutes. I didn't get my ps for CRT. But I got the Norway one (which should make the others in my group happy cause it's still the princesses). I also got lunch at CRT so we could still eat at the castle.

I did eat at CRT for breakfast on my 20th birthday. They sang to me (although the guy's attitude was sorta like he didn't want to do it) and gave me a magical moment certificate with the princess's autographs. I also got the pastry with a candle. Just ask and they should be able to do something for your daughter. I think if it's meant to be a surprise, it's better than when your parents ask at the table with you sitting right there (like mine did). Congrats on your CRT seating and have fun!
