I'm really looking forward to this movie, and I think the guy they cast as Caspian (Ben Barnes) is a cutie! Is anyone else excited for this one?

Yes, I am very excited to see this film.

This film, paired with Iron Man and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, will make next May a huge month for movies!

Did Disney ever say they were making all the Narnia films?

Because I thought they were only doing some. I heard it had to do with the kids getting older and the fact that not all the Narnia stories featured the kids. :shrug:

I can't wait to see this movie. Disney did such a great job with the first movie. Most of the time (to me anyway) if I have read the book, especailly as many times as I have this series, I am disappointed with the movie because it just doesn't do the book justice and the way that you have imagined it to be. I thought it was great & I hope this one will be too!

Agreed. I thought Disney did a great job with the first one (especially with the 4 kids) and can't wait for the second one.

*Bumping* because a new production blog was posted today, and there's some pretty cool art at the top you can scroll through that shows you the look of the set. And an interview with the production designer about how they came up with some of the locations and sets. Very interesting!

It wasn't shown before Enchanted at our theater (though The Golden Compass was... )

Ah - it's possible that it was shown only at El Capitan. Hopefully I'll be seeing it very soon. I checked their production blog today for any news, and although there was nothing about the trailer, I did grab the Prince Caspian widget:
