You are right, vince. Did ya ever notice the only time you wake up hungry is if you were eating really really late the night before? However, I've noticed if I watch my sugar/ refined carbs during the day, I don't get hungry near as bad.

was just going to say this...carbs actually make your brain want more...stick to protein and veggies...no more cookies, cakes doughnuts, chocolate.....mmmm chocolate!

What's weird is that I was going to post to this thread today... because... I had a random thought!! (about weirdness, no less) Okay, here goes :

Is it weird that I'm bothered more by changing the vacuum cleaner bag than I am by changing a dirty diaper? I mean, have you ever seen a dust mite? *gets the heebie jeebies*

Have YOU ever seen a dust mite? Now that the kids are grown I hate to even be around a dirty diaper....must be a mom thing for little ones.

I'll let you change my kid's dirty diapers and I'll change your vacuum cleaner! Mind you, he's a real "healthy" kid who's slightly lactose intolerant.

Seems like a fair trade to me.

So today I am eating some Vanilla Wafers, and I read the ingredients list, for whatever reason. Can you believe vanilla isn't listed ANYWHERE on the ingredients list??? What exactly makes them vanilla wafers? Can I just call them "Flour sugar and shortening" wafers, because that's basically all that's listed.
