Oh I did lol. I was prepared for the wait but felt sorry for first timers who stepped outside the gate of money and saw the monorail line then waited an hour then had to wait another 20 minutes for the tram

Phased closing isn’t based on specific numbers but obviosuly it is based on attendance.

What I was referring to was the 90k. There aren’t that many people in the park currently. Not at one time. It’s for the day. Phase closings take place with much less than 90k in the park.

Ahh, yeah. There are some hard ceilings as far as attendance, but I'm pretty sure they would be at or close to phase 4 by the time there were 100k guests in Magic Kingdom. The wait times don't seem to support an estimate of 90k in the park right now either.

Phase closings are based on a matrix that keeps reserve capacity for guest staying on property but not physically in a park.
In other news, busses have been on reroute because of the massive traffic jam on north bound World Drive and Epcot Center Drive . I measured it on the odometer ( heading southbound) at 10:30 it was at 1.9 miles long 😟
