Yikes! Had a little trouble finding you guys. :lookaroun

Our computer died yesterday. I went to turn it on to check my email, and.... the hard drive was fried. We bought it in Feb. of '04, so it lasted nearly 4 yrs. DH took it to Best Buy last night, and the tech guys can transfer all the files on it to the new one he bought. Which is great news, but still an unexpected expense. :hammer: I'm at work now, so I can talk for a bit.

Other than the new thread starting, what did I miss? :wave:

Yikes! I just got a new computer for Christmas. The DH bought a Tornado cable and I transferred over the files that I wanted to the new one. It cost about $30 and was very easy to use.

We're doing it right, by taking our time and really prepping. Of course, that snowballed into massive cleaning-out projects. The actual painting should commence soon, I hope.
How's the packing coming along?

Definately will keep it interesting. But...I found out that their MOM may not be able to make it to the wedding!!! :dazzle::dazzle: She has a Board of Governors meeting for work the same day. She's currently job hunting, but if she's still at that job there's no way out of her going. They're Dad would still bring them, obviously, but it wouldn't be the same...

That's good that you're taking your time, it will really make a difference.

We move this weekend. :dazzle: We have a truck rented for Saturday and hopefully can get most of it done that day. If not, though, we do still have our current apartment through February so it's not the end of the world.

BTW, I have a question for you: I just printed out your registries, and there wasn't anything listed like linens. Does that mean you don't need any? Also, what kind of style decorating do you like or dislike? I'm assuming from the registry you prefer a modern look, but are there other styles you like as well?
