I have never been. I always got out of it because I had kids under 10. Well my DD turned 10 last March. I am sooo scared about going.

The one time I got called it was a jury duty miracle! I asked to have my time post-poned because of school so they rescheduled me for July (I got called in January) which they did.

So it rolled around to being May then June and I never heard anything about when to report and where. I called them around the last 2 weeks of June and was like, I got postponed until July and I haven't heard anything about where or when to report. So the lady is looking on the computer, and flipping through papers...like a 10 minute wait on the phone...and she gets back on and says "We switched computer systems in the spring, you must have fallen through the cracks, You are not on my list to report for the rest of the year. I was so relieved!

My dad served right before that and his wasn't too bad, he only got called to be on a jury once I think, he was dismissed most of the days. :shrug:

I keep hearing that it isn't that bad and all the people I have talked to here say they have been out by the end of the day. They might have been on a case but even that only lasted a couple of hours. But I am sooo scared I will get one that will be days on end. :lookaroun

I tend to over dramatize most things so I am usually calming myself down about something or another. :lol:

I need to download her Podcast at home so I can listen to it!

I am good, same as usual. I am going to start getting my stuff ready for Disney- I have important things to do like get together my pins and get batteries for my Pal Mickey. :lol:

I had this conversation with my friends last night-- I usually start packing my Disney stuff when I hit 30 days before a trip. Last night I was telling the girls I feel so behind because I haven't even started.
