FYI: The only rooms I feel I really decorated are the master, the den and the living room. Everything else... I just kept the curtains/paint color the same as when we moved in. :shrug: It wasn't a problem for us when we chose to buy it... I hope it's not a problem for possible buyers.
Today's the first whole day it will be on the market... I hope someone wants to see it at least by this weekend...

Ok, it is ADORABLE!!! You should have no problem selling it, but I will say a little prayer becasue it is a tough market right now. I can't believe how reasonable the price is. Around here that would be a one bedroom "condo".

The Kitchen is the only one for me that's a weird color...but maybe that's the way the photo was taken. It's kinda a weird pea green looking color...and there's not a whole lot, decorating wise that goes with that. (Trust me...as someone who has green countertop in her kitchen, green is one of the hardest colors for me for a kitchen...I don't want leafy crap...but I can't find anything else I like either.)
I really do think your house is very nice. Very modern looking...which, well, for me is a step up b/c my house is certainly not modern looking at all. While we've tried to update it for the 21st century, it still kind of has the look of a 1950s home, b/c it is one. I hope that you have no problems selling it! I don't think you will. *crosses fingers*

Yeah... houses are rather inexpensive here... And we could have asked more. There's another house a few doors down from us that has a garage (ours does not) but it 100 sq feet less than our house and (I think) doesn't have as nice a yard. It's $20k more than ours! I think it's ridiculous.
With the way the sun came in, it looks worse in the pic than it really is. I'm not a fan of it either. But we just never painted it...:shrug: Hopefully people can overlook it.
The house was built in 2001. We took A LOT of furniture and "stuff" out to make it look more "modern" I think...
Yay! Thanks so much for the encouragement guys. It's good to have an outsider's perspective. Not like the online listing will sell the house, but it COULD turn people away from it. As long as we haven't done that, I think that's good. And, for the square feet we have, it's an open floor plan, which I think people will like once they walk in. ...IF they walk in...

Oh thanks Samie. As I said... we took a whole lot out! I have to say, it made me excited to start planning how I'm going to set-up the new house. Though not excited for the cost that will come along with it...
So... I read more into the fourth book last night...:lookaroun...it's getting REALLY interesting! I think this is my favorite one so far! I just read the first chapter of the second "section."
