chicken little no credits

Saw chicken little the other day, and I realized at the end or for that matter there was no mention of PIXAR through the entire movie, except for a memorial to Joe Grant who died in a car accident. The movie was very good, especially all the Disney references. Could this be because of the problem between Pixar and Disney?

I don't understand. Why should them mention PIXAR?
The OP probably assumed it was another joint Disney-PIXAR film, since all of Disney's previous CGI films have been. Chicken Little was 100% Disney.

chicken wasn't made by pixar at all. This was the first computer animated pic Walt Disney Feature Animation will produce sans Pixar. The Mouse sure hopes it's big. Pressure on this small bird is immense. The homegrown pic -- due out next summer -- will be heavily scrutinized as Hollywood players and Wall Streeters wonder if Disney's decision not to re-up with Pixar, on whatever terms, was a disaster, or not. all. it is made by disney

CL just finished it's second weekend. I don't know what movie you're talking about.

I think that poster was making some attempt at a butchered rip-off of an inaccurate, outdated editorial that probably is a year or more old. The verbage (except for the random words and punctuation that don't seem to mean anything) seem to be very "Ebert and Roper-ish" Go fig?!:veryconfu

I still don't get it. Am I missing something?

He copied and pasted the article from a year ago in order to sound knowledgeable about the movie.

Obviously, it failed.

Plagiarism is bad.

I thought it was hilarious. Lot of good one liners and stuff in the background.

but i must admit the movie would not have been very great if it did not have fish out of water... my alltime new most favorite disney character.

The film was nothing more than "okay."

I'd put it on the same level as Home on the Range, Treasure Planet, or non-Disney films such as Madagascar.

Is it a cute little Disney movie? Yes.

Is it an instant Disney Classic? No.

I was hoping this film would be one step in the right direction as far as reviving Feature Animation goes, but sadly this is just like all the others that have come out in the past few years (with the exception of it being CGI.)

Like I said, it's cute and I'm sure the kids will enjoy it, but it's unfortunately no Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, or Lion King.

Oh, I was just confused as to why he quoted me.

And yes, plagiarism is bad.

CL was very entertaining...good story, great music, lots of great little gags.
After we saw it the 1st time we immediately saw it again the next day.
CL 3-D was revolutionary, I've never seen anything close to it.

never knew that, but what you said was true, because it was CGI I thought it was Pixar, but then it was nice that they gave a dedication to Joe Grant at the end.
