If I am correct, Mulan usually is about 5'2 to 5'4.

Most of the princesses have been brought down to 5'3. I think the current range is 5'3 to 5'8? And that includes Jasmine and Mulan I'm positive but I'm not sure about pochantas, she's usually a little taller. But if they upped you to 5'4 you might be at the bottom of Pochantas range.

I was thinking of the fairies as well. They cover a wide variety of ethnic groups. Yes they auditioned and fitted most people, but I imagine it would be an ongoing thing once turnover happened. And the fairies are not short. 2 of the Belles have been approved as fairies.
I also noticed in the parade at the Studios yesterday that some of the dancers/elves/helpers were not "perfect" in terms of look and body type, but they were great performers. Is this a possibility for people who aren't perfect looking but are talented? Are these people spare fur characters? I also noticed a face character girl that was just dancing as part of the group. I've seen this at MK as well.

That's weird they'd have tall people playing fairies. You would think they'd try to get really short girls to do it.

I thought that as well (princess size being too tall for fairies) until one of the girls reminded me that once in the room, everyone shrinks to fairy size so you want to basically maintain the same dimensions as with the princesses. Little kids become little fairies. Average adults become average fairy size. And tall people become tall fairies...magically.

What's the height range for Tinker Bell and her fairy friends? I'm 4'11.75" or 5'0" depending on the day (apparently, I can shrink/grow a quarter of an inch). I'd love to play a fairy, Alice, or Wendy, but I've been told I'm too tall for Alice and Wendy.
You're not too tall for Alice or Wendy. My Alice/Wendy friends are all 5'1" and shorter.
