Apologies for being ill-informed, but, Oswald??? who is this

Oswald is Walt's first character.

When I was at WDW in December and met Remmy and his bro at MGM, their human assistant told me they may reappear at France in Epcot at some point. People who look through my photos tend to like the pictures with the rats the most. So, will they be returning?

As of now, they are still not out.

If the company doesn't do something massive (I don't mean the Disney Treasures DVD) the general public won't know who he is and it will be embarrassing to see the number of people who think he is an Animaniac or some other non-Disney character. :shrug:

Exactly, and you are far from alone. Only Disney die hards (less than 10% of park guests probably) really know much about this pre-Mickey Mouse black and white character from the 1930s who hasn't been seen in mass circulation in over 70 years. :lol:

Giselle was in the parks for a bit. But she was just in the pre-parade, to promote the Enchanted DVD. However, she is not out anymore. Prince Edward was never available.

I did hear that characters from Bolt may possibly appear at the Studios in the fall.

I'd love to meet Oswald the next time I get a chance I get to go to Walt Disney World or Disneyland (probably for a number of years :brick.
Not really familiar with his shorts but he looks pretty cool and old-school :ROFLOL:

Hopefully Disney will do something with the character too, shorts or something for the TV or an appearance somewhere to re-establish himself to the audience.

It'd be great to see them around the parks and Epcot France makes sense.
