Okay here are a few things I recently found out. Things can change so take it with a grain of salt.

-MNNSHP was possibly going to get a new float for parade. It was going to be a futuristic float for Stitch, Mike and Sulley etc. That was canned. As of right now, nothing new will be coming to MNSSHP this year.
-MVMCP is going to have some updated floats. Look for Santa's float to be re-done and Pond float will be updated as well to have something like a Ski Slope. Chip n Dale are still supposed to be on this float.

As far as characters
-The Pixar meet n greet area at Studios should be fully opening in August.
-The Fairies meet n greet does not yet have a specific date. Late October is a possibilty, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
-I would still look for Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to come to the parks at some point in the future.

I havent heard anything else about any other new characters coming to Walt Disney World this year.

Rats

When I was at WDW in December and met Remmy and his bro at MGM, their human assistant told me they may reappear at France in Epcot at some point. People who look through my photos tend to like the pictures with the rats the most. So, will they be returning?

I don't know any dates for Oswald, it may be years down the road, but I would still look for him to come to the parks.
