the 6ft tall figment costume that they pass of as a Meet and Greet for Figment. He's like 1 ft tall in the attraction, and 6 ft outside!

Figment's more like between two to three feet, like around Mickey's true size. I think he can just change size though, as the CG Figment is probably big enough to sit on Channing's shoulder when he interacts with him, yet that size changes with the animatronics and other projections. And like it's been said, he's a Figment of Imagination, he can change his size in addition to teleportation and reality warping. He's like Disney's equivalent to Mr. Mzyiplik of the Superman comics, though his powers aren't as great.

That's a wooden ladder and a lift. Not the Ladder. If only we could be so lucky. :lol:

Interesting thing of note, there were 2 CM's all day at Mad Tea Party, instead of 1.quote]

that really makes no sense, maybe it was training for the purposes of the new system, or one was filling up the pen and the other kept, constant watch on the ride itself. that is one thing that i couldnt understand, when i worked there, i had to keep constant watch on the ride making sure no one was coming in through the gate but at the same time fill the pen up and keep the line moving, does that not making any sense to anyone

Just the original font and name of the pavilion. The rocks the letters were on are still there, just holding the pavilions new sign with its new name. Im sure the tidal pool effect will be kept though.
