Changes you make if put in charge of WDW...

Disney Movie store for sure to be well stocked with all titles and Downtown Disney or elswhere (multiple locations, perhaps at each resort) movie theaters showing multiple Disney features and shorts rotated often. I used to love going to see movies in the theater in the Contemporary. Showing features at the resort pools on inflatable screens is nice, but should be seriously expanded.

Before we begin take this with a healthy dose of good humor. Also realize that there are no wrong answers, everyone is right with their own opinion and a special little Frozen snowflake... Unless you hate Frozen.

First and foremost thank you powers that be for putting me in charge of policy over all the WDW parks. I know your choice was a tough one and my many hours of experience in your parks of course make me the ideal candidate So let's talk change people!

First, Groups larger than 25 MUST be broken done into separate groups of 10 or less and must have a WDW employee in each small group as a chaperone. The group must also wear matching outfits for the duration of their stay.

Second, due to safety concerns and general ******-baggery the following items are now banned:
-Selfie Sticks
-iPads which are used as cameras
-Flags on sticks
-Jazzy or other electric scooters*
-Double, Triple, Quadruple Strollers**
*See Third Rule
**See Fourth Rule

Third, Traditional wheelchairs will still be allowed or provided for those who require them. You will need to have or find someone to push. If you cannot, an employee will be provided to you for an added cost.

Fourth, Strollers must be single occupancy and conform to strict regulations on length/width/height/weight. Leave the $500 McLaren at home and you might want to look at buying the $20, 1lb. Target umbrella model.

Fifth, Annual passholders and anyone staying on property for more than 7 days will each receive one golden ticket per day of stay or visit which entitles them to walk through the fast pass line of whatever ride once, whenever. Hey, your spending the money, you earned that.

Sixth, Construction on the themed lands for both Pixar AND Star Wars will begin immediately. Destruction of the Avatar lands will also begin immediately.

Seventh, The adventurers club will be hosting it's grand re-opening before the end of the summer.

Thank you all, and have a magical day.

Love all of your suggestions many of them were what I was going to say!

I would add more than 3 FP's a day it should just be the time delay between each like with the old paper based system. Secondly you should be allowed to park hop with them

True, and you'll also note that I didn't include,
  • Free admission to Pop Warner teams,
  • Designated All hours courtyard access for Cheer week practices at all resorts (especially deluxe).

......but we need to leave something for Phase 2 of my "Make WDW a Better Experience For Everyone Who Isn't Me" Plan..

Some of these are really fun, but, I'm surprised how many people want to bring back original attractions. While the classics will always have a special place in my heart. I'd bring in new versions of classics like Horizons, Imagination, and the others, but keeping the heart of those rides very much alive (not what has already been done to them, make them you know good). By using the things we all loved about the original rides along with new tech and what not to make them better then they were but still very much invoke the classic we all love.

I'd vote for:
- A few "adult only" restaurants (and that doesn't mean kids over 10) oh and make it within a reasonable budget (V&A is outrageous!)
- A bunch of "adult only" bars!!! with PI gone it's tragic to walk around DTD tripping on strollers at 11pm!
- Adventurers Club!
- Be able to use your "refillable resort mug" at the parks!! Why Not!!
- Kick all the kids out of the park at say.. 10pm (they should be in bed anyway!!) nothing says fun for parents trying to squeeze extra time in wheeling your dead tired, crabby, kid around at midnight!

Please wait until your infant child is at least one year old to plan a trip to WDW. It's painful to watch those crying babies in the Florida heat!

I agree with this too! I believe some children are too young to go to WDW to properly enjoy everything, either because they are too short to ride all of the rides. or because they will want to be carried every so often because they have been walking too long!

I can understand taking them with you if you want to go, but it necessarily shouldn't be about them, such as a 1 year old party at WDW!

In my opinion, a child 10+ years old would be about the right age, as they could pretty much ride all of the rides, not have to be carried at any point, won't necessarily be crying every couple of hours, etc!

1. Add some kind of mechanism on dark rides that slaps the camera out of a rider's hand when it detects a flash. Or if that's too advanced, a deep, booming voice (James Earl Jones, maybe?) saying "stop being a jerk" when it detects a flash. I could think of better words than jerk, but I guess we have to keep it at least PG rated.

2. DEFINITELY add a Jungle Book themed ride/attraction. I could see it in Animal Kingdom.

3. Lower the cap on the parties. The Christmas party was way too crowded to enjoy. It was already so expensive, but I would pay more for more exclusivity.

4. Better water fountains, especially in MK. I had to drink water all day as I was preparing for one of the night runs, and choking down the hot, gross MK water was awful.
