Changed my mind about Pop

I know you all are going to think that I have completely gone crazy :hammer: :lol: but heres what happened. I thought I had finally decided on staying at Pop and was ok with my choice until, I saw some pics of POR on ALLEARS.net and I literally started to cry. That place is so beautiful and I just had to be surrounded by all that beauty! Crazy huh? Fortunately my husband agrees with me and so we have once again changed our reservations for POR :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:
Now I am officially happy and satisfied with my choice!:D Thank you to all who have been a part of my decision making. I appreciate all of your advice!!
You all are the best and I am so greatful to have found you. I could not have done it with out all of your help.:wave:

You won't be sorry!!!!! POR is our absolute favorite resort. We stayed at Pop briefly last year, and while it was nice, I didn't like it anywhere near as much as POR. It's quite an upgrade.

You will love POR - I actually had hoped you'd pick that, but when you decided on Pop, I thought,well, you'll like that too. But POR is my definite favorite. You absolutely must have at least one breakfast at Boatwright's. The banana stuffed French toast is amazing, as are the sweet potato pancakes. Very filling, but delicious.

Congratulations on making a wise choice! :sohappy:

You'll have a great time. POR is my by far my favourite resort (that I have actually stayed at). It is indeed very beautiful and you will be very happy with your choice! If I wasn't staying at the Poly (first time ever, probably last time ever), I'd be at POR!

You will love it there - make sure you do a couple of things... go to the bar and see that great entertainer who plays the piano - he is crazy - and phenomenal!!! Also - make sure you get a map and go out onto the island where there is a huge pool, an outdoor bar, and an old-fashioned fishing hole. And of course walk over to the "mansions". Oh - and take a boat ride to Downtown Disney, which is a lot of fun!

I totally agree about the breakfast!!! We stayed there when the were renovating the food court, so we ate at Boatwrights every morning. I LOVED everything I had, so did the rest of the family!!!:sohappy:

I didn't know that you were going to go with Pop. The last that we talked you were going more towards one of the Port Orleans resorts. I'm happy that you made a final decision. It's one of my favorites.

We added an extra night to our vacation this past October, and stayed at POR......have to say, that it exceeded my expectations for a Moderate resort.
The wife and I had stayed at CBR before and both hated it. But, POR has a much different feel to it. Much more serene, and the room was very nice.

My kids loved the pool, and having the water launch to Downtown Disney for dinner was nice and relaxing.
My wife has always insisted on staying at the Contemporary or Poly, but even she said that she would like to go back to POR again.

I don't think you'll be sorry.

BTW.....for what it's worth, I say stay in the "mansion" buildings! :animwink:
