I'm having a heck of a time finding the history of the Castle Forecourt show (currently Dream Along with Mickey).
Anyone able to help with the full history of the shows presented there?
Thanks!

You could try Tom Corless. From listening to his podcast, he could probably give a complete chronology just off the top of his head. He's obsessed with the castle shows.

Our first trip was in spring 1985, so most of the park guides and such are from that point forward. The only references to Castle shows prior to 1985 that I've found describe mainly generic song and dance performances, like “Lively show with the Kids of the Kingdom dancing and singing Disney Classics, featuring appearances by the Disney Characters.”:)

Also, after looking at Castle pics from today and from the book ”WDW The First Decade”, it appears that the Forecourt Stage was expanded sometime between 1981 and 1985. This could explain the change from small song and dance shows to the larger "extravaganzas."
