y'know, if you're really that adamant on being storytellers, maybe don't try to insist so when referring to your half-baked, half-assed attempts atNow here in Florida, we created a track with a controlled environment so we could recreate our favorite off-road elements and tell a story through movement.
The only thing I can think of is that the vehicle can go over a rough track (etc. bump on the left only) rather than simulating a rough track like they do with the EMVs?If it is indeed tracked, I'm surprised. There doesn't seem to be anything groundbreaking here if that is the case.

Also, I know that the SxS panel was about new world building at the parks, but there was zero mention of the second Cars attraction, right?
It's a shame that they've already deleted the panel as I want to go back and check. The 2nd Cars ride is the one attraction I've been worried that they'd cut since it was the only one to have no concept art and was just mentioned in passing. I'm hoping it isn't cutCorrect - I don't even recall mentioning there would be a 2nd attraction

That's my hope. I'm hoping it'll be mentioned at Destination D23, but if it isn't, I'm thinking it'll be cancelled thenDefinitely would be the easiest to cut and the area doesn't seem that big so focusing on the main one makes sense
That said, this was focusing on technology and the 2nd attraction might be fairly simple and covering it didn't make sense for this convention
Interesting that the concept of the character cars show cars with roofs where the first concept art showed convertible/open models. I imagine the cars have to be open, right?
Almost like the one potentially interesting thing about this terrible idea is now gone. So it's just a terrible idea. Great. If it is indeed tracked, I'm surprised. There doesn't seem to be anything groundbreaking here if that is the case.
So we are either getting a crappy 2nd ride or nothing at all along with this potential unimpressive 1st ride…Definitely would be the easiest to cut and the area doesn't seem that big so focusing on the main one makes sense

Surprised they didn't drop a date for closing ROA. Seems like something they'd want people to know to potentially get more people in the parks to say farewells.
1. The whole area is not going to he a dirt track, it will be a national forest and the ride appears to be mostly hidden within it.This is just saddening to me. Tears down a beautifully themed riverboat experience for a loud, outdoor “dirt-track” car experience in hot, rainy Florida in a park that already has a raceway ride? And tearing down more trees and waterways to do it? Sad.
Well, this is the company that destroyed affordable, quaint, log-cabin-themed accommodations for fancy, modern unaffordable structures in “Fort Wilderness.”
Just sad to me how they don’t get the value of the wilderness and Frontierland themes.
