I am thrilled that Disney has decided to do this. It's the little things, I know, but I love the change.
Here's hoping Trinidad North receives a new color scheme as it changes into Barbados.

I am still hoping CBR loses another one or two bus stops. Martinique and Barbados Islands could use the new OPR multi stop.
Would help expediate bus times.

The new location of the OPR multi bus stop makes the former Trinidad North stop redundant. And now that Martinique has been chopped in half the OPR stop is decently well located for them too. So I would agree. They should drop those stops.

The Martinique stop is now in no-mans land while Trinidad North's is next door to OPR multi stop.

Wow, it will be really confusing if you stay there during the changeover. Arrive at the old customs house, stay in Trinidad. It becomes Barbados overnight, leave via the new building. 
And yeah, a new color scheme is probably essential. It looking like Trinidad is odd.

I'm looking forward to that, actually.
It's like staying at two different resorts in one trip without all the hassle. I'll try to post some pics and updates here. We check in Saturday.

Are Little Mermaid characters used in the decor of the new restaurant?
Were all bus stops used?
Are Island Markets still open with the food court opening?
Any boat rentals? Any bike rentals with the Promenade not completed?
Is there an arcade lol.
Few questions I’m intrigued about. But seriously enjoy your trip!!

Here’s the in-room flyer we found on the table when we checked into the room. According to the cast member in the Custom House, the island markets except Martinique should remain open, along with the freestyle machines. But we’ll see as the week progresses.
We also arrived to the construction consolation pin set - not sure if we made it just under the wire for that one, or if they’ll continue distributing them for Skyliner construction woes as well.

Interesting to me is that the CBR logo is now missing a palm tree. Also that only Martinique Island Market is closing, while Aruba and Jamaica apparently stay open.

Oh..., updating the logo after 30 years. I always liked the old one, but this one is far more legible. I've a feeling that will be what's up in duplicate on Victory Way in a few hours.

Meanwhile I’m in bed across the lake in Jamaica still a little beat from closing MK last night. ;-)
