:lol: :lol:Like most supplements the dosage is important. Ephedrine is relatively safe in small doses but you can run into trouble when bone heads have the "If 2 work great then 50 will work even better" attitude.
Many people think that just because a supplement is natural that it can be taken in nearly any quantity and that just is not the case.
Guarana for all intents and purposes is a highly concentrated form of caffeine. The negative health effects of long term high level caffeine use can range from gastrointestinal problems, adrenal exhaustion to coronary vasospasms. The only long term study I have ever seen on it showed no significant effects on memory. About the only thing that has been conclusively proved about guarana is its use in treating chronic diarrhea.
