Actually you don't get the whole stoping at a red light till Traffic 201....:lookarounTraffic 101-Red Light means STOP. Another careless driver causing issues.
Heads will roll at Disney Transportation for this clear lack of foresight by the Disney bus driver.
But apparently the bus was hit from behind.While the driver of the automobile will be cited for a traffic violation, there is a bit of truth in your statement. If the point of impact on the bus was near the front end, the driver could have possibly seen that the oncoming car was not stopping and have taken some evasive action.

It is all Disney's fault. They should install Speed Raceresque jacks in all the buses so cars running red lights can simply be jumped over.Don't worry someone on these boards is going to blam Disney transportation anyway :shrug:
