based upon the current testing dates, yes you'll be too late.
but again it does state it's a test so maybe if it's successful they'll extend it? Here's hoping for you.

Capt. Jack was in the que at the Pirates ride on Saturday afternoon. He kept going back and forth through the line suprising unassuming guests.

Can't tell for sure from this one shot, but this guy seems to be a really good look-a-like! Also sounds like there is a lot of audience interaction with him.
How fun! The kids must go nuts.
I'd kinda like to see him myself...but then I'm just a big kid :lol:
