You should all remember that really cute fuzzy flying guy with butterfly wings. I loved that thing! If they would sold a great looking plush of it, I KNOW I would have jumped for one!
It was a great show.

I never got to see Captian EO
but I also think HISTA is getting old. It's been at WDW what 8 or 9 years now? I probably haven't visited it for 5 years and have no desire to.

I sure miss Dreamfinder!

Future World, in general, has lost alot of it's appeal for me over the years.

It was a 3D movie that was shown where Honey I Shrunk the Kids now is. It was a space musical adventure with Michael Jackson. You can find copies of it on the net to download. Whilst it's very 1980's it is still good fun.

I agree. HISTA needs to go and be replaced with something new but similar. I could go for Magic Journeys, too. I listen to that song all the time on the Official Album of WDW and it makes me miss it. How about a modern version of Magic Journeys?

Yes, change HISTA, because when I saw it at Epcot as a kid, it was too scary wth the snake, rats, and all those other freaky things. Maybe something a little less intense like Muppet-Vision, so the kids won't be freaked out for life.

I loved Captain EO, I really wish they would bring it back to WDW.

ANyways... I think an updated version would be cool- like, with some big stars of today... Because, lets face it- Michael Jackson will never star in a Disney attraction ever again...

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I wasnt sure and you all answered my question.. I never had the oppertunity to see Captain EO at EPCOT or DL so hearing your stories gave me some insight to the actual attraction.. :lol:

My brother and I used to head straight for Capt. EO everytime we went to EPCOT. I loved the music and the effects! There was one song that Michael Jackson released but there was another exclusive to the show.

It was yanked from playing at any of the parks once the charges were filed back in the 90's and now that he has more charges coming, I think Capt. EO has taken off permanently back to Hooter's planet never to be seen or heard from by a Disney park again!
