It's a Java issue, I do believe.

Aren't you using a Mac though? I thought they were suppose to be so superior and impervious to these kinds of problems!

Maybe check for updates of java and flash? Try a different browser to see if it's a flaw in whatever browser you're using? Buy a new computer?
Done, the other browser (firefox) has more problems than that, new computer...for smiles? Are you nuts?
:lookaroun

You checked it as in it now has a check-mark in the toggle box or you checked it as in confirmed that it was not checked? :veryconfu
 No, I checked that it was unchecked.

Yes, Firefox does not let me right click or copy paste, and IE 7 is not worth the time.

I miss my Mac! It's in the shop for upgrades.

I agree with IE not being worth the time. I use Firefox at home and at work. I have no problems doing anything you mention.

But what you're telling me leads me back to my original hypothesis. JAVA

Have you possibly disabled java and/or javascript?

Next silly question... How old is the PC you're using? What OS is it running? Have you done a Windows Update on the system software?

If you're having trouble in Google Chrome and in Firefox, I'm thinking you may have just fired up an old PC and expected it to work without doing any maintenance...

Control Panel>Internet Options>Advanced

Under Settings, scroll down to Java (Sun) and if the option isn't checked, check it. [Restart required]
It's checked.

PC is from 2007, running the latest version of XP on it. Had Vista, that was problematic. Just had maint done on it over Thanksgiving seeing that my Mac is being worked on now. No previous problems, save for this one....and it's not THAT bad.

Thanks for the help, though, Monty.
