Belle - Jim C is gorgeous. Those eyes........
Pinkrose - you and your Mother will love this show. Forget the guilt and enjoy some time with your Mom.

Laura - I'm not sure I would try to plan on getting to the processional 20 mins before the show. They let in stand-by folks after a certain amount of time and when it fills up even those people who had the dinner package can't get a seat. Belle -whats your input on this? Haven't you done the package AND the stand-by?

Well I read that they let the stand by line in 15 minutes before showtime, so that's why I said we'd get there 20 minutes before. I guess we could make it 25 to be safe LOL, but we are going on December 1st so it's not like there will be a crowd or anything.

I would definitely plan on doing the Dinner Package as getting in without priority seating is going to be a longshot at best. Christmas is one of the most heavily visited times of the year for Disney in general and this event is VERY popular even during the first half of the month which is considered off season!!! Belle

Oh dear! Wonder what happened with Gary Sinise? December 22 - 27 is now listed as OPEN on the WDW website.

Thanks, MaconMouse - I was just about to extend my trip by one day so that we could attend the Dec 22 Candlelight Processional in order to hear Gary Sinise narrate. I have heard that he does and great job, and he must, as he is one of the 'regulars' who comes back every year.

Now my choices are Harry Hamlin or Marlee Matlin. I'm not sure how it would work with Ms Matlin, so I'll be calling next Monday to book LeCellier for Dec 17 (Harry Hamlin). We already have tickets for MVMCP on Dec 18!
