Mr. Lightbeer, you and I both know that I'm a second class citizen, but for all the Canadians know I'm the crown prince of Ellicotville. :D

wanna hear somn funny, i just got back from canada on a four day trip, It was a city called buckhorn and we stayed in a cottage on buckhorn lake, its about 2 hours north of toronto and near a city named peterborough, maybe some of you people have heard of it, our family goes there every summer, then when we get back we only have about a month till we go to WDW. This might be a little off the subject but I just though this was a proper post considering i just got back from canada a few hours ago.

I don't think everything would have to be in both languages. English is the official language in the US. However, there are many places in south florida that everything is Spanish. And in Japan the official language is Japanese but at toyo disneyland the ride signs are in both English and Japanese with the English listed first and larger than the Japanese.

Actually, that area of New York State was one of many locations scouted by the Disney team that eventually chose Orlando, FL for WDW.

as u may or may not know, castlecake lives in Ontario Canada. I was wondering if Disney has ever thought of putting a Disneyland in Canada.

If not, is it because...

A) We only have nicer weather 4 months a year?

B)We (canada ) is still a brittish country & the U.S. don't like the brittish.

C) or b/c our population is a 10th of the U.S.?::( :(
Yes we all hate the British... :rolleyes:

That's so funny!! I'm a Canadian from the Toronto area and my family used to have a membership at the now Alleghany Mountain Resort (formerly Rainbow Lake) so I went down to Ellicotville many times every year, and yes, I skiied and golfed at Holiday Valley all the time! Even more funny because I doubt that any americans on here have ever heard of Ellicotville before. It's a small world afterall huh?
