So I know that you are not allowed to making ADR for your trip until the 180-day mark...but when that time does come, lets say its June28th..can you make reservations the second it turns midnight on that date?? i swear i'm not that crazy planner or anything..but we are arriving in Disney on Christmas Day and will be there past New Years..so we do not want to take any chances on missing out on ADRs for those big days

I asked the same question a while back and was told what the previous poster just said. And the phone lines close down at some point during the day...can't remember if it's 5 PM EST, or 6 PM, or 7 PM.

But I was really hoping that, being in the Central Time Zone, that I could get online at 11:00 PM the night before, since it would be midnight EST, but no dice. :ROFLOL:

We arrived Christmas Day 2008 and like yourself I was apprehensive about getting the bookings I wanted.
Ring as soon as the lines open and (most importantly) be flexible with the time you are prepared to eat and have a couple of stand by restaurants.
I got all the restaurants I wanted at or within 60 minutes of the times that I wanted.
Good Luck

That would be nice but nope. 6 a.m. - whether you book online or call.

Busy - yes (but then that depends on what you're used to - we have to go at peak times so its wasn't that much busier)
Crazy - yes (New Years Eve at EPCOT).
Dining - We decided well in advance that we weren't going to eat at a counter service place during our trip due to sheer numbers of guests and having to scramble for a vacant table. Solution - two table service meals per day - a large late breakfast (around 10) and an evening meal around 5/6pm. Guaranteed seating, and time to relax over your meal.
