Britney, Madonna, and Christina VMA Performance

I do like about 6 old Madonna songs, as for Missy Elliot, I liked a few of her older stuff as well. christina and britney both make music that annoy me to no end. As for the kissing thing, that seems to be normall nowadays in music, much like all the famous women pop stars are in a strip-a-thon right now. Lets see how many albums I can sell by getting naked and kissing women!

It took me a while to figure out who she was.

That being said, I thought is was great. I loved the look on Justin Timberlake's face when Madonna kissed Britney. I couldn't believe it was an open mouth kiss! Lesbian chic, indeed. I can't wait to play it at the bar on Sunday!

Too bad the rest of the show blew chunks. I was never a big fan of Chris Rock, with that shrill voice, but at least he used to be funny (that 'Halle Berry 911' bit he did on his HBO show is a comedy classic, IMHO). He had one or two lines last night, but other than that, he just wasn't funny.

I was also disappointed in the Queer Eye guys with Jimmy Fallon. They're going to use their fifteen minutes up in three seconds flat.

In fact, the whole show, aside from the opening act, seemed unrehearsed and sloppy. It wouldn't have bothered me so much except that I was all set to play Tron 2.0, and I got sucked in by the opening act.

Personally I think the "Look how nasty I can be!" competition between people like Brittany and Christina is getting old.

I only got about 30 min into the show before I was completely bored and turned the channel. Let's hope they do a better job on the movie awards.
