Although attractions are nice, I think of World Showcase for the cultural experience (architecture, exhibits, unique shops) and the restaurants. India, Greece, and Thailand would be great additions to the diversity of culinary experience in World Showcase.

When Epcot opened, I believe there was space for 19 pavilions around the World Showcase lagoon. Currently 11 countries are there, plus the African-themed refreshment spot. But Frozen character expansion took up one of the expansion pads, and it sound like a Ratatouille ride might consume another one. If my math is right, there would only be room for five more.

It's not permanent, for now it is yes, but someday down the road it does not have to be.

The Olympics was a financial disaster for Brazil and doubt they want to drop another bundle for a place at Epcot.

Just out of common courtesy, wherever they put the Brazilian pavilion...

Can they sound proof the area? Contained inward. I'm all for it. I'd love an addition to World Showcase.

What is a 100 foot Rock with a forced perspective "christ the redeemer" statue was the Brazil Entrance. You rounded the faux Rock / Mountain to reveal a Brazil "village /plaza" like you have in the other countries. Would allow for a narrow- but recognizable entrance. Would also prevent the look of crowding out its neighbors.

Only Morocco has government sponsorship.

It is highly, highly unlikely the government of Brazil would be paying a single cent towards a Brazil pavilion.

The idea that all the Brazilian tourists who chant will be spending all their time in the Brazil pavilion chanting is absurd. Do you see people of other countries hanging out in their national pavilion doing stereotypical things?

I don't like getting stuck behind a huge group in a line, but I actually enjoy the chanting. It's interesting to see how happy and excited a big group of people can be for no real reason. I know I'm in the minority here.

It will be in between Germany & Italy. Allegedly.
If Brazil is done well, I welcome the addition. But not the placement. Right now the American Adventure is surrounded on both sides by what were our WWII Adversaries turned close allies. I love the symbolism of that. Also Morocco (my favorite showcase) next to France makes sense, historically. Maybe if Brazil ended up on the OTHER side of Germany (wishful thinking, I know) we could get a Portugal mini-showcase to oversee it ;)
