Ugh! I hate that for you. And, yes I agree, things would be so much easier if people just had better attitudes. Much less confusion.Nope...my weekend was full of work. We had a dance school (our last one of the year) to photograph...so I worked all weekend. I accidently ended up yelling at a lady too...(she started it...I just couldn't keep my temper down since she kept on giving me attitude...) so that sucked. I ended up being in the wrong too.
It was just one of those situations where there was no need for her to get attitude with me...but the attitude got me angry. Why can't people bring up issues without attitude. Being nice goes a longer way than being rude does. :brick:

I'm going through another travel agent...it's ones I'm really good friends with.
Usually I do the ADRs myself, but with the free dining hoopla (I've heard of people being on hold for 4 hours), I decided it would be better if I just had my friend do it for me.

Exactly. And even if there is confusion, anger makes people want to do things less for you. If you're generally nice about things, the more likely I am to work with you on them. Um...I worked all weekend...that wasn't fun...
as for what's new here...I don't think a lot. It's actually be awful quiet lately. (And we haven't seen Joe lately either...must account for the quietness...:lookaroun)
