Can anyone give me some more info on this. I have heard people saying how good it is, so thought I'd give it a go. I just wanted a bit of info first.

Thanks

LOL!

Boma is the middle restaurant at AK Lodge. It isnt the food court, and isnt the really expensive one - its in between. They do buffet style breakfast and dinner. Looked superb - didnt eat there myself, but passed it many times.

Since Steve Bragged about the lodge so much. I had to take a little journey over there and check it out. All I have to say is WOW. I did eat at Boma at it was very good. I ate breakfest and it cost me 16 bucks for a buffet and it runs to 11. We got there right at 11 and they told us to help ourselves ans waited till we got done before they shut it down. :-)

Boma is great!! I just ate there the other day myself. We had dinner and we were all very impressed with Boma and the Lodge in general. It was $20.95 per adult for the dinner buffet, that includes fountain drinks and dessert.

We ate at BOMA during our trip in May. It was an incredible eating experience, not only was the food delicious, but the servers at the buffet stations were so helpful in describing what each dish was. Being a picky eater, I was frightened to make PS there, but at the urging of my Wedding Sales Manager, who insisited we go explore the hotel, we loved it! They have standard foods prime rib, lamb, chicken at the carving station, an d all sorts of authentic african breads and salad dressings and vegetables. The kids selections were great too! I had to try some Mickey Roni and Cheese!

I believe they start serving at 5pm....The menu is posted at wdwig.com in the menu section. When we were there is May it was $19.95 and worth every penny ! SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT - you will not be dissappointed !! Priority seating is taken 120 days in advance. Make sure you go early or stay late to explore the hotel - they only let people through the gate if you have priority seating or are a guest. Let me know how you make out!!
