Sounds like it... I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this was why the Board of Directors was there too.

That's what I said in the thread about the project. Seems like this would be the reason they were all there...I would think any project requiring this much capital is going to have to go through the board.

I wouldnt be surprised if some how we found out James Cameron was also there with the board but just nobody recognized him because everyone was to busy thinking the Prince was buying the parks!

That i would think would be very possible, as their must be a game plan for land development already and i am sure he would want to visit personally and check it out. I may well be wrong...but Cameron is a pretty hands-on kind of guy and enjoys getting very involved in his projects. I can easily see him visiting and checking things out.
