BoardWalk Dining

I may be stating the obvious here but what about all of the WS restaurants. They are a short walk from the BW. I am not sure what type of passes you are going to have but if you have annuals or hoppers it should not not be much of an issue. We stay at the Beach Club a lot and as far as casual I have eaten breakfast at the Garden Grove which is awesome. ESPN is about what you would expect. Captain's Grille is pretty good as well.

I'm not sure what 'casual' means in this context.

Does it mean you don't eat any waitress service/full serve places? Or just more adventurous/pricey places? Do you like buffets? Do you just want very simple Americanized food (burgers, pizza, chicken fingers, mac n cheese)?

If it's absolutely the latter and you're staying at the BW, I'd advise a rental car and a drive 10 minutes up 535 where it is fast-food/chain heaven.

Does anybody know if the Boardwalk-to-Go is on the dining plan? I have seen conflicting reports. It is not on the brouchure, but I've seen a couple places where it is listed as a Quick Service location... I know the Bakery is a good lunch choice, but with a fussy 6yr old, chicken nuggets at BWV would be a good thing!

Hi! I'm not sure about your question on DDP but I can tell you I recently have dined at Boardwalk To Go and besides being cheap, it was also very good food considering what you are paying and the small location it resides in.
Two thumbs up! Great family fun! :sohappy:

The Flying Fish was a wonderful and tasty surprise. Big River Grill is another good casual place for burgers and of course Beaches and Cream soda shop.
