How do you get your birthday buttons?
I'm so confused. Haha.
We are celebrating mine and my brothers birthday in february, even though our birthdays aren't until April but I'm in a musical right now and that's the only time we can go. So how does it all work?

Whenever you check into your hotel (i'm assuming you are staying at a disney resort) let the cast memeber know that ya'll are celebrating the 2 birthdays and he/she should give you a b-day pin. If that doesn't work, go to any guest service (i.e. city hall in the magic kingdom) location at any of the parks and tell them.

Hope this helps.

Either upon check in at the resort, or at any guest relations - i.e. City Hall at MK. Just let them know what you are celebrating!

Yeah,we are staying in Fort Wilderness. So when we check in just say we are celebrating our birthdays and they will give us each our birthday pins?

Bear in mind this won`t work for the get in for free promotion. You HAVE to be visiting on the actual day for this.

Oh my word - it is totally worth getting the birthday pins - I had been to Disney before on my birthday, but the last trip was the first time that I triied the pin - for my 30th! It was awesome - you get treated so well (a little more than usual!) CM shout out happy birthday to you and we were automatically given fast passes to get on rides with waits - plus free bottles of water, and I had flowers given to me by Captain Hook.....so many wonderful memories! :ROFLOL:

Get the pins!
Get them even when you aren't celebrating anything. My boyfriend took me to Disney World for our 1 year anniversary and we put on Happy Anniversary pins. Everyone offered us free things, we got to pick our seats on rides. The best part is that every cast member everywhere always stops to say Congrats. The same applies with the Happy Birthday pins.
We got ours at Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom.

Fiance and I celebrate birthdays in August. When we went to Disney they had them already filled out with our names on them. They got us lots of attention and TONS of Happy Birthdays. The bus from the Magic Kingdom to POFQ sang Happy Birthday to Fiance the whole way back to resort. The buttons are great!!!
If you stay on property the front desk will have them when you check in. If not go to guest services at the park.

Happy Early Birthday!!

With the new promotion and the expectation that a lot of people will be celebrating...there is now a cart set up in the mornings at City Hall where they give out all the different buttons. Didn't see it at the other parks though, so you just pop in to guest relations there.

My wife's B-day is on March 7th and mine is April 30th.... we already are waitlisted for AK for the March 6-7th trip and already have a garden/pool view at Boardwalk for the April 30-May 1 trip so we will have to remember the buttons....
