It's folded in half in its "lowered" position for safety regarding wind. It will only be extended when needed

It was out for a little bit a few days ago but I don’t know how long.

Just over the past week, there have been multiple extended breakdowns and closures. Over 4+ hours each day.

Some of the VQ data recently:

*the morning 7am drop lasted longer than afternoon 1pm drop

The trend seems to be that rides are LESS reliable after a refurb or update. It's almost as if the contractors are "taking Disney for a ride".
