Is there any idea when the new map will go live? As of today they still have the closed attractions listed.
I will never understand why they went with this style. Mickey should never look like this:
I agree wholeheartedly. Walt may have loved Mickey's silliness and slapstick style, but I don't think he'd have allowed the cartoons to stoop this low.I will never understand why they went with this style. Mickey should never look like this:

I’m still not thrilled with the company’s cynical idea that the public won’t understand or appreciate Epcot unless it’s overrun with cartoons and comics. As of 9/9/19 11:44am central it has changed.
So Character Spot is still open? Here is the central area this morning
Fountain of Nations, Character Spot, Starbucks closures

It’s in a different placeSo Character Spot is still open?
Whenever you're ready to tell us more about that proposal, we'll be very gratefulYep.
Repurpose the buildings to a modern version of their original appearance. We nearly got that too.
It's in the Innoventions West entrance by The Land, where the Wreck-It Ralph meet & greet was.So Character Spot is still open?
Well, they already show fireworks going above a blurred out parking lot.....how hard would it be to make some additional tweaks? !Man is this going to feel awkward when riding Soarin now due to How out of Date the finale is going to be....
Found on Micechat
The final public showing of Fountain of Nations. Unless they push their plans to put up walls overnight

But
The new spine will be beautiful, and I’m happy to see this kick off!
By next summer, there will be new things, true. We might check the stuff out, if there's no line, but I can't imagine any of it is much of a draw to bring us to Epcot regularly or more than a few hours every now and then.but remember there is still a bunch of new stuff opening even if alot of future world is behind construction walls. The Space Restaurant opens this winter and next summer the France Expansion will open with the Ratatouille ride. Plus the new nighttime show "Harmonius". There's also the Beauty and the Beast sing-a-long, new films in China and Canada and the new film in The Land all starting in January.
Me neither. Sadly.By next summer, there will be new things, true. We might check the stuff out, if there's no line, but I can't imagine any of it is much of a draw to bring us to Epcot regularly or more than a few hours every now and then.

does anyone know if or when the Winnie the Pooh meet and greet will start again at the UK Pavilion in Christopher Robins bedroom?
ConfirmedMust be eerily quiet yet being able to hear the innoventions loop better in the area of the fountain.
