EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

I'm new to this post and I don't want to read all two hundred letters so can someone summarize it or just let me know if it will be open for my trip later this week?Obligatory post-update why is this taking so long/so much money/Epcot is dead/I don't like the design/I hated the barstool design but now that they are not building it I suddenly like the barstool design/Walt would be disgusted/why no fountain/ Moana hate/gushing over original Epcot Center/Looks like a mall/Waaagh/____ does not belong here and much better fits in ____/ I like Figment posts.

This is still on track to open in the fall?
Yes, just last week a PR statement from Disney mentioned everything happening in the new hub and that it will be here in the Fall.

I wonder is they will play the music for the SSE beacon of magic shows in the future Dreamers Point?

If anything, they will be even more so. I think the lighting will continue into and around the hub. I believe this has been confirmed.

He’s right. It looks like one of the Discount souvenir stands littering Irlo Bronson Drive.
Epcot’s ‘transformation’ will presumably be complete with the Moana splash pad and the “oops we have to rebuild Comminicore” building.

It looks like there may be some seating intergrated into the planters over by Creations Shop. Also, concept art shows plenty of seating in and around the gardens in the hub.This never-ending construction mess better have benches/places to sit at the end of it, or I'm gonna riot.

Any chance all of this open October 16th since Epcot will be the focus for the 100th anniversary??Now we know that not only will JoWIbM be completed this Fall, but the entirety of the hub will, too...
Fall will also see completion of the new World Celebration neighborhood. As the hub of the park, it will feature different gardens that change with the seasons. It will also be home to the new Communicore Plaza and the new Communicore Hall, the latter offering a place to meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. The Walt Disney Company was founded on October 16th, 1923.
For me, my chips are all on October 1st. While it's not a landmark year for Epcot, opening it for the Epcot/WDW Anniversary would make some sense, too.

I was actually impressed with the amount of garden wall seating in the tron courtyard, hopefully that continues here

Looks like the new walkway to Future World West World Nature is pretty much ready to open, with directional signage now visible on the new walls. Interesting choice to install a giant tree in between a 10-foot opening in the walls, even though it will be much more open when all is said and done. Also, directional signage has been added all over Moana JoW. I’ll try to get more photos of that specifically later today.

Oh, weird! I totally thought that would be electrical for wayfinding or something and that the adjacent one now behind the fence would be for a Moana merchandise kiosk or something. Guess they'll both be megapalm planters instead.
Also, thank you for always grabbing photos of World Celebration and Journey of Water when you can. Finding a consistent flow of updates is much more difficult than it was for TRON.
