It has been interesting to go back in time to read the first few pages of this thread. Hopeful and pessimistic predictions from a half a decade ago archived.

I’d hazard we’d see changes at Imag before anything substantial at Seas. As things stand - originally Seas had funds earmarked for next year. I think SSE has altered things.
Wouldn't 'the water feature' that opens up and leads people to The Seas be considered a Seas project?
Nope. That is a spine component. Seas is a separate project.

As far as WDW is concerned, it's still happening. But then again who would expect word of delay from them?

Not that I know of. But the spine project is scheduled through to 2023.
I would think if the mushroom tower and Mary Poppins were cancelled, they'd stop being featured in the EPCOT showcase in Odyssey.

Because it’s going to be the last of the Spine development to happen, I assume. And that’s not scheduled to happen until 2023.

It seems odd that they knock Innoventions to the ground and then take three years to build the parks new Icon??

9 months to repave a tram loop at the TTC, 4 years to knock down a building and make a new one. Disney construction schedules are wacky.

Huh?
This Festival Center won’t be the new icon. Spaceship Earth is still standing.
Ya know... if you stand in the right place... probably somewhere around the UK... you can get SSE to look like it's on top of the Festival Center pedestal... and then it will look like a golf ball on a tee.
