The only table service breakfast without characters that I can think of is Carnation Cafe... never been, but people seem to like it. Carnation is one of those things that has been around since Walt's time, so it's a good spot to soak up "Disneyland".

For counter service, Flo's in DCA and River Belle Terrace in DL are pretty good bets.

Plaza?? At the world. I thought that was at land

There's the Plaza in Florida and the Plaza Inn in California, which is quick service.
