I suggest Sanaa. Reasonably priced with great quality food. If you go in the evening, ask for night vision googles for the kids! You will remember this experience!!

Were wearing the night vision goggles comfortable on you? I am definitely going to try this next time I go to WDW. Thanks for the tip/suggestion.

(Nice to see another Pittsburgh gal on here)

This will be the last time I will acknowledge you exist. I have now "ignored" you. I hope this will be the conclusion of our beautiful friendship! And I hope you have a zippity do dah day!!!

The kids didn't seem to care!! Go Steelers!!!:)

Only reason I ask is that I wear glasses 24/7 (except when I'm sleeping) and anytime I wear goggles/glasses over the glasses I wear on a normal basis, it usually feels pretty tight on me since I kinda got a big/fat head.

(Go Pens!!! Loss was sickening last night)

This is going to depend upon your desire for a meal that night (I hate having to make a decision where to eat 180 days when I can't even decide what I want for dinner tomorrow, but I digress). I suppose you need to decide if you want a table service or counter service. From there, there are a lot of choices outside of the theme parks. Being so close to Art of Animation, you could take a stroll over there to see the decor and eat at their counter service, which we like. If you want to hit DTD, the kids like T-Rexs or Rainforest, but there are a lot of choices based on personal tastes. Epcot resorts offer many choices too. Our family is not picky, we are trying to experience all of the restaurant offers throughout the property, we haven't always had the best experience, but nothing has been so terrible we wouldn't try it again.

OK - you said best... not cheapest :)

Victoria & Alberts at the Grand Floridian. Take your suit, and assume about $400 for a party of two :).
Yes, I would love to eat there one day. But, we have a 4 year old, and I'm not so sure about how I feel about a stranger watching my child....even if it is Disney. We may have to wait a few years. But the menu looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Our favorite DTD eating places: Earl of Sandwich and Planet Hollywood. Your family might enjoy Rainforest Cafe. Whatever you choose, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Good luck and have a great trip!

Earl of Sandwich is very busy because it's pretty inexpensive. They have wonderful soups and salads as well. Our children love Rainforest Cafe, they always want to sit and watch the fish in the tanks. They also enjoy Ragland Road because of the dancers as well as the food. Your child would probably enjoy either of those. We also spend a bit of time in the Lego store and at the pavallion as there is ususally a dj playing music. We plan on hitting Splitsville next time we all go as a family, we'll be checking all the reviews for them to see what other posters think.
