Best PERK in Disney....

I'm looking forward to trying DME for the first time this year. It sounds like a great perk. I have a lot of family and friends in the Orlando area. When I have a car I usually spend a lot of time driving around to visit them all. Now, if they want to see me , they will have to come to WDW. I'm thinking DME is already my favorite perk!

On the ride back to the airport, I swear the video on DME makes me ball my eyes out!!! Watching the characters say good-bye to me gets me every time!

The guest assistance pass. If it wasn't for that my family wouldn't be able to enjoy the parks!

The unlimited Fast Passes; it saves hours every day at the parks. Oh wait, that's a Universal perk.

I would say that would be one of the BEST perks...knowing a CM !

Besides that, as others have already listed:
DME - Definate nice plus
Resort Package Delivery - Very handy if you like to travel light in the Parks but also like to shop
WDW Transportation - Amazing variety..and entertaining as part of the Show
Fast Pass - Love it or hate it, it is a nice plus for many

Okay, i will admit it....i used to do this as well back when the video was new. When the characters would start singing the last verse of the *Mickey Mouse Club* theme at the conclusion of the video, i would get all soggy.

Now when i see it, i do not get as emotional as i know i will be back soon. So i feel fortunate to not have to experience that feeling of the visit being *over* like a lot of Guests do. Plans are usually already in motion for a future visit.

There are no *endings* really....as each ending is in reality just a new beginning.

For me it has to be the onsite transportation...
It has saved my bacon on a couple of occasions,
once when i was ill for a couple of days the DW didn't have any worries about getting out and about to the parks ( No point in us both missing out cause i ate something funky)
And again when i turned my drivers liscence over @ orlando international only to be told it was out of date

Ditto. I'll be bummed when they get phased out. It was one of our main reasons for staying on property when we visited during busy times of the year.

DME and Disney bus system are the best perks. Transportation may be slow, crowded and not always on time BUT it beats the hell out of renting a car! It's so nice not to have to drive at all. (If you can't tell - I hate driving!) It's so nice to "sit back, relax and let 'them' do the driving!"

YES. One of my buddies from high school, it turns out, works in tomorrowland. He usually works Space Mountain but happened to be doing buzz FP return when I, my boyfriend, and boyfriend's family was waiting in line. He pulled us aside and wrote out a fast pass ticket for us to use on any ride that we wanted, which was great, because it was during the new years season so all of the rides were packed. I thanked him and we got back in line, later using the pass for all of us for BTMRR.

It was so rad because I hadn't seen him in years, and it was especially nice of him to do that for us when he didn't have to at all.

Free dining when it is offered. But for a guarantee it is the transportation, not having to drive is great.

It wasn't even planned, haha. It was just like, OH HEY it's a friend from high school. Say hi, next thing I know, he's hooking us up.

packages delivered to your resort is my favorite since we live in Florida and drive, but I bet it is really good for the people that fly in to do Magical Express.

Funny, in all our trips to WDW, we have NEVER used package delivery to the resort. We do buy t-shirts and other souvenirs, but I guess we don't get anything big enough that I can't stuff it into my small backpack.
