Best PERK in Disney....

I liked the idea behind DME... Until they took forever to deliver the luggage on arrival and in combination with Delta lost our luggage on departure (we eventually had it delivered to the house by the airline). From now on, all dealings with DME will be carry-ons only!

Though combined with DME... On-site transportation (buses, monorails, boats) are a fantastic perk as it means not having to rent a car! That's at least some savings and less hassle right there. But it does sort of "trap" you in the World. Not that I mind.

packages delivered to your resort is my favorite since we live in Florida and drive, but I bet it is really good for the people that fly in to do Magical Express.

The transportation system is great! Don't have to rent a car, take a taxi, or move your car from its spot until time to depart.

I have never used Magical Express since we always drive so my favorite perk is Fastpass at least as it is now with the current setup. I think it's the only parks that includes it in admission and it's nice to not have to pay an extra $50 - $100+ per person depending on the park and the access level you choose (my local Six Flags has 3 different options with the best one being $120 per person!) for skipping the line.

We always rent a car, so I've never used DME. I'll go with "Free Parking" for resort guests.

I don't know if this is considered a perk but with my annual pass we get FREE PARKING. Even when we stay on property we still drive to the parks so we are on our time and not waiting on buses. I like the express check in and out also. It is the little things in life.

I normally rent a car, but we used DME before our cruise as a one day car rental wasn't worth it. DME was nice for a change. Although, we chose to hand carry our luggage.
Staying at BLT, BCV, or BWV is nice as you can walk to the closest park.
Resort airline check in is pretty sweet too.

Extra Magic Hours for me.

I'm close enough I don't fly up (and I like to have my car too) so I've never used DME, and as a Passholder and Tables In Wonderland member, I don't use / need the dining plan.

i have to agree with others that free dining is a great perk when offered.but our favorite perk is the escape from reality and total emersion into disney life.we also enjoy very much the transportation offered.we park our vehicle when we arrive and do not see it again until we leave a wonderful feeling that we are totally taken care of while we are there.

I much prefer walking from the Boardwalk Inn to Epcot or DHS. That's a way better perk than taking the buses.
