Been There Done That NOT Going Back

For me the biggest never going back is the African buffet restaurant at AK. It just smelled so bad that I couldn't eat any of the food. I kept telling myself that it was because I was pregnant so I forced myself to stick around so my family could eat. Then when we left I took a deep breath and my husband looked at me and told me he was impressed I had made it through that awful stench! Apparently even he wanted to :hurl: from the smell!

Oh and I could live without dinosaur. It was just a rough ride with no shock. I don't know how so many people get frightened by this ride. My (then) 4 year old even thought it was blah!

Uh Oh! We have an ADR at Boma. I'd heard it was really good.

Grand Fiesta Tour. Boring flat screens instead of animatronics, 3 Cabs tie in very forced, no proper narrative, never liked El Rio but this is hardly an improvement. Big waste of time.

Trails End Once was enough for ever

Rides
STITCH
Journey
Narnia

Best park
Animal kingdom
You have to get beyond the animals
This place is so close to what many of us would never get to do is go to Africa, Asia etc. If more people would give it a full day and get it out of your head that EE is the only thing you came for then you will never enjoy anything no matter what.. This is a relaxed park, you don't have to run all the time JUST ENJOY..

Shows
Reason so many people do not like some of the shows is that they wait till they are dead tired on their feet and are sleepy the time they go in. Try it again when you are fresh early in the day..
Disney is like a learning experience as well
American Adventure is a great AA show plus the history we really didn't listen to in school

Nemo I really wish that they didnt show the people. Like black them out. This would be such a better show. I find myself watching the actors and not the fish But love it anyways

Lion King show is the best show in all the parks. Very creative and excellant singing

COP This IS Disney you have to go see it .. Its one of the first original rides and love the relaxed family that play it. Think about it now a days all we think about is hurry up, micro, driving, internet etc
Life was so much better with out CELL PHONES
I am sick to death of going t5o Disney to see adults and kids with their faces buried in the phones.. They paid big money to come and all they care about is their phones and texting. to me and i say this TO ME...It ruins the Disney experience. Teens turn on their phones in dark rides and keep them on, never to raise their heads. i wish that they had some sort sensor that would point them out on the ride when they use those darn things. I know this is how the world works now but for gosh sakes.. This IS Disney... Just my opinions and no one else's unless you agree..

Oh, where do I begin :p

Big Thunder Mountain - its eh. it doesn't feel Disney enough to interest me, and its not exciting enough of a roller coaster for me to wait on line for.

Hall of Presidents - it was cool, once is enough though.

The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh - eh.

Stitch's Great Escape - I somehow always sit in a chair that doesn't work, or either I dont know how to properly sit in the chair.

Monster's Inc Laughfloor - super cute, but no desire to do it again.

Innoventions - I refuse to walk back in there until there are actual Innoventions inside.

Ellen's Universe of Energy - zzzz.

Test Track - My personal car trips are far more intriguing.

Soarin - I know i will get flack for this one, but I don't see what the big deal is!

Beauty & The Beast Show at DHS - dated.

Sounds dangerous - im literally embarrassed for Disney with this one, those headphones - really? is it 1988?

Animal Kingdom - even though I don't like the idea of an Avatarland, I probably won't be back until there is one. The park just didn't do anything for me, I live near one of the most amazing conservation zoos (Bronx Zoo), so its hard to compare, no fault to Disney.

I think that's it :)

I guess so, there is nothing left :ROFLOL:

Prime Time.....was not a relaxing meal, maybe the cm was over indulged in her job but the constant hounding, arms off table, hat off, finish your green beans, etc a little too much for me

Same here. There's something to be said for staying in character, but some people are just too into character. Your CM, was she a little, blonde woman? I kept defying her and putting my elbows on the table, so she put ketchup on the table where I had my arms.

I also would not go back to Tusker House for dinner. I was told it was awesome, and it was just OK.
