I, for one, was hearing the music as I was reading your brilliantly re-created menu. I was a little confused if it was the music from the film or from Mickey's Philharmagic. Well done!!!!

Probably. If anything, it's a change for the better. The bridge and the ballroom are too iconic not to show off!
