Since Disney is expecting to have this resteraunt up for the Christmas season... do you think they will allow reservations 180 days out? Anyone know? I'd love to go there on Christmas.

Recently when a new restaurant is opening, they'll announce an opening date and a date they will begin taking reservations. I'm 99% sure that how they handled introducing Via Napoli and La Hacienda de San Angel into the reservation system. Since we don't have a firm opening date, and it will probably be several more months before reservations can be made, you might want to plan to leave a day open for Be Our Guest in case it's open during your trip, or plan a meal that you're willing to cancel in order to switch once opening dates and reservations are announced.

Reservations will likely be accepted a month or so before opening. There will also likely be a soft opening period where no reservations will be accepted and it will be entirely walk up.

Does anybody have a idea what the menu is for the quick service might be during the day? And what the table service menu at night might be?

Thanks. I don't do the dining plan so I can leave any day open. I generally pick one or two places I want to eat, and then I just plan around that.

By the pictures of what's done, I can't imagine them having it ready then. I'll bet they have soft openings the beginning of December at the earliest. (Just my opinion on how long it might take to complete construction)

I would imagine that they would make the official announcement on the Disney website blogs like they have in the past with a few openings...I am very excited.

They said Holiday season, The "Holiday" season for WDW starts in early November. I doubt that soft openings will be beginning of December, my guess would be late, late October Early November.

I agree that is what holiday season should mean, but of course Disney used the vague "holiday season" terminology to maintain leeway. I suspect they'll hammer down a more solid date for us later this Summer.
