Maybe I'm being dense but I am not understanding how this is going to work. You make a reservation to order counter service food? Then what? Is there a table reserved for you or do you have to battle the crowds for one? I really don't get it. PS - the town drunk just came up to me and was just wondering if they serve beer and wine at lunch.
My experience so far...
First of all it couldn't find any times on the date I chose in June and gave me an error message, then it did...
I am now stuck at the point when you try to confirm with your credit card details and it again just brings back an error message.
Anyone else stuck in the same place or having similar problems?
So is my email with a confirmation number from this morning, which the system can't find, going to be a valid reservation?
I can't see how they would be able to not honor it. I expect those ones will populate over to MDE once the system comes back up. If not, a phone call should fix things for you.
You may have to call a couple of times though, and the second call may need to be with a supervisor. Our last trip included a dinner at BOG for three. However, several days later the reservation (for some stupid reason) read the reservation for two. I finally had to speak with a supervisor, but it was cleared up.
