Does this seem kind of backwards? Thematically speaking, wouldn't this menu have made more sense at Pecos Bill's? Does anybody know why they flipped both of them?

Next week I believe that Columbia Harbor House and Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station will be swapping menus for no apparent reason as well.

Looks like it, unfortunately. The Disney Parks Blog entry says, "Keep a weather eye open, a brand-new menu debuts tomorrow, October 14, at the seasonal Adventureland eatery."

Obviously, they think there is a greater demand for Tex-Mex and a lesser demand for BBQ.

Looks yummy to me. Why doesn't Tex-Mex work in the area of the park themed like Texas and BBQ by pirates? Seems fine to me.

Isn't LTT down for a refurb right now? There should be zero reason why Tortuga isn't open full time at least during that.

Yep I think they feel that the Fajitas offering should be at the higher capacity location that is open all year round, and the BBQ is best served in the seasonal location.

Well Cosmic Ray's does still offered a pulled pork sandwich, BBQ ribs and burgers so it is possible to get some BBQ style food all-year.

Or a higher profit margin on rice and beans than on BBQ.... But yeah, burritos are still pretty popular, even if WDW is a year or two late to that party.

I think the menu changes in that area are because of what's going to be served at the new Cantina Restaurant. However, that's just my thought, I have no info whatsoever to support that.

That's what I was thinking... slaw and beans, again! I'll eat the beans, but the slaw I don't like. They both seem a little blah to me.
