Hi there! i'm having a baby boy sooooon! (due end of december!!) and i was just wondering if anyone out there had baby boy name ideas?
This could help me or someone else! we are leaning towards a name, but we are still looking through books and asking around to see what we like!

This is our first, and I hear you- I am SO ANTSY!!! I'm never going to make it until March! I always knew I'd have a problem with this and yup, I do. Longest 9 months of my life.

What about you, is this your first also?

Congratulations!!! How exciting!!!

I know that if I had a son tomorrow, I would name him Ian. (I like the name with two N's, but fear a boy with the name Iann would be made fun of.) If I had twin boys tomorrow, they would be Ian and Dylan (or Dillon...?) And finally, if I had triplet boys tomorrow, they would be Ian, Dylan, and Evan.

So I guess my ideas are based on my favorite boy names, and are, Ian, Dylan, and Evan.

I tend to relate the name to the show (but don't mind... it was my favorite show!!!) and also relate it to one of my old friends little brother, who was an adorable little boy. I've just always liked it.

Another name I forgot to mention that I like, even though it's pretty common, is Ryan (I also like it spelled Rian, but then again, my making fun theory...)

I like Ryan too! i relate it to Ryan from All My Children which is my fave soap! :)

Our leading name right now is Gabriel
We liked Jake but then it became super popular
we looove Christian, but not sure if we like it as a middle name or a front runner.

We also need to think through our choices as his parents are Italian and mine are Mexican so they have to be easily pronounceable! haha which kind of went out the window when spur of the moment we named our daughter Autumn....so who knows!

You could always go with Dylan Ryan... that just rolls right off the tongue!

I like Gabriel Christian, but I personally would go with Christian Gabriel. I think Christian is a nice, strong name for a boy. But then, I much prefer Gabe as a nickname over Chris. Either way though, it would be very nice!!!

crazygirley: see when you start thinking of all the different ways to pair names it just gets crazy! we've had lists, books, polls and all that stuff and we are still confused as ever! we're just afraid we'll go into the delivery room and we'll see him and come up with a totally different off the wall name in the heat of the moment and then totally regret it later....

I was supposed to be Lauren. When I popped out and started screaming my little head off, my mom said, "She's a Meaghan." And I think it is only normal to find a new name you love after you have your child. My mom recently fell in love with the name Carolina (after the designer Carolina Hererra) and wishes she had named me that.

If i was a boy i was going to be named: JAson
