Well, yeah, in a way.
DC's Teen Titans began in the comic books in 1964 and has been cancelled and revived several times.
Young Avengers appeared in Marvel comics in 2006. The first MCU film was in 2008 with Iron Man.
The Young Avengers are a natural cinematic consequence of real-world actors in the MCU not sticking around forever doing an infinite amount of movies.
I really liked the original Teen Titans animated series. Hated the GO! version. And the live action HBO Teen Titans is... tedious. I would love to see a *good* TV attempt at them, live or animated.
Meanwhile, Young Justice is the best DC product out there, beating almost every DCEU movie, IMO.
Also, I'm not so sure a Young Avengers is going to be geared to teens, per se (with the exception of whatever genre Ms. Marvel is), most of the rest of the team will be in their mid-20s by the time they get together in the MCU. Maybe it'll be more like a CW young adult soap opera!!
