Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

Yeah that’s kind of where I was at. But is it just coincidence that they chose the Hulk (the Avenger who would make for the best AA)to be in the foreground looking like a physical figure? Maybe. But between the character choice and my wishful thinking I’m going to lean AA. Probably against my better judgement.

lol I hear you. I’ve been doing that on overdrive with this project. I’d say I’m in a great position to be pleasantly surprised by it.

Frankly I look forward to Coco more, and have greater fear for that one… if it’s the size of Tangled and feels short, oof.

Yeah same here. Avatar is the mega E that will most likely impress on some level no matter what. Avengers ID my expectations are low. Between the fact that I’m most intrigued by Coco, the imagineers saying it’s inspired by POTC/ HM and the Tangled comparisons, there is the highest chance I’m let down by Coco of the 3. It’s giving me MMRR and Mario Kart vibes. What it has going for it is that no matter what, it’s a boat ride and will not be screen focused.

I know right. And now with three water rides that’s pretty solid for a non castle park.

I know we’ve talked about Mermaids short comings to death but one point I don’t see brought up often (or at all) is that it’s just hard for a Little Mermaid ride without water to live up to expectations.

Spidy jumps on your vehicle in the IOA ride and stays entirely on the screen. Don’t assume anything.

And don't forget the promises (hints?) that scary monsters would be jumping onto your vehicle when The Mummy ride was being teased.

I couldn't forget, because ever since I have been scratching my head as to how they intended to pull that off mechanically. It would have been a sight to see.
