Indeed. I have no credentials. I'm just "anyone" who sits in an office, picks up my phone and yells arbitrary instructions at construction workers, regardless of the impact those tasks may have.

Between those phone calls, I added a 3,000' lazy river to a water park and remodeled the interior of most of a hospital, including an MRI, Gamma Camera, CT, Pharmacy (with Class V clean room).
