I would hope they're at least going to do most of this work overnight. It would be a bit distracting and potentially dangerous for them to be lifting things up and over while the park is open, especially with them keeping the PeopleMover open.

That's a big crane. Leads me to believe they are removing some big parts during the refurb.

The Disney accounting/finance department would have an answer to that, and I'm sure we could all guess what that answer would be.

Considering they intentionally deactivated them and removed components necessary to their animation during the last major refurb. Unlikely
